Fort Pitt Tunnel closure planned

The outbound (westbound) Fort Pitt Tunnel in Pittsburgh will be closed from 9 p.m. Wednesday through 6 a.m. Thursday for flow-testing operations. All traffic will be detoured. Signs will be posted to guide motorists.
