Fraud alleged: Karen A. Kletch, 33, of 63 Seminole Ave., Washington, is charged by the state attorney general’s office with fraud, theft, identity theft, forgery and intent to defraud insurance, court records show. Investigators accuse her of submitting a string of fraudulent applications for insurance policies to receive $5,900 in bonuses and commissions from American Income Life Insurance Co. of Southpointe, beginning in May 2013. Kletch is free on $15,000 unsecured bond set Thursday by District Judge Traci L. McDonald.
Watches stolen: David Stumph and Shana Joyce told Cecil police early Sunday that their home on Falcon Drive was forcibly entered. Stolen from the home was a man’s silver Breitling watch valued at $10,000 and a woman’s two-tone silver and gold Rolex watch with a pearl face valued at $8,000, police said.
Accounts accessed: William Franz and Craig Kulesa, both of Cecil, told Cecil police Sunday that money was stolen from their bank accounts after information from their debit cards was accessed at the GetGo, 3029 Washington Pike, South Fayette. Franz told police he had two transactions totaling $940, while Kulesa had two transaction totaling $600.
Signs stolen: Karen Bryan of McDonald told Cecil police Sunday that two “for sale” signs for the Ridgewood Heights housing development were stolen near the entrance to the new development.
Assault complaint: John Russell Flory, 20, of 126 Fredericktown Terrace, Fredericktown, is charged by state police with simple assault, harassment and reckless endangerment over allegations he threw household objects at his wife, Zakeria Jewelnell Richardson-Flory, in the presence of their two children in their residence about 12:45 p.m. Sunday, court records show. Flory was placed in Washington County Jail on $5,000 bond set by District Judge Curtis Thompson.
Sign stolen: A motion-activated security light was damaged on a residence at 91 S. Pike St. between 10 p.m. Friday and 12:30 a.m. Saturday, state police in Washington said. A blue sign reading “Trump-Pence, Make America Great Again” was stolen from the driveway. Anyone with information is asked to call 724-223-5200.
Threats alleged: Thomas Henry Stuckwish, 32, of 216 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, is charged by borough police with making terroristic threats, harassment, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse Stuckwish of threatening to harm an officer and others during a disturbance about 6:15 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South Main Street. He is in Washington County Jail on a state parole violation and $10,000 bond set by District Judge Curtis Thompson.
Burglary alleged: William J. Stankowski Jr., 47, of 382 McClane Farm Road, Chartiers Township, is charged by Mt. Pleasant police with burglary and harassment over allegations he broke into a woman’s residence on McCarrell Road while she was taking a shower and threatened to take a television about 3:10 p.m. Nov. 4, court records show. Stankowski was placed in Washington County Jail on $5,000 bond set Sunday by District Judge Curtis Thompson.
Threat charges: Benjamin S. Craig, 50, of 230 Hallam Ave., Meadowlands, is charged by state police with making terroristic threats, aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse Craig of threatening to kill two troopers who carried him out of The Meadows Casino, 210 Racetrack Road, about 1:45 a.m. Sunday. Craig also is accused of tripping Trooper Frank Mysza, causing him to fall and injure his back. Craig is free on $10,000 bond set by District Judge Curtis Thompson.
Threat alleged: John Anthony Hill, 31, of 14 Dooley St., Eighty Four, is charged by township police with making terroristic threats, public drunkenness and trespassing over allegations he threatened to kill his neighbor about 4:30 p.m. Sunday, court records show. Hill was placed in Washington County Jail on $5,000 bond set by District Judge Curtis Thompson.
Door broken: A residence at 2275 S Bridge Road was broken into Friday through a back door, state police in Washington said. Nothing was stolen. Anyone with information is asked to call 724-223-5200.
Woman charged: Heather Leann Musick, 29, of 239 S. College St., Washington, is charged by city police with marijuana possession and receiving stolen property over allegations she drove a stolen car that police pulled over about 7:40 p.m. Saturday on Washington Street, court records show. Musick was placed in Washington County Jail on $10,000 bond set by District Judge Curtis Thompson.
Assault alleged: Brandon Dashaun Howard, 22, of 477 A. Pike Run, Daisytown, is charged by state police with simple assault and harassment over allegations he struck a woman in the eye about 8:30 p.m. Friday in his residence, court records show. Howard is free on unsecured bond set by District Judge Curtis Thompson.
