Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Curtis C. Sadler, 54, 360 East Hallam Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged April 24, 2015; sentence – $300 fine.
Kenneth L. Brooks Jr., 23, 750 Addison St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 14; sentence – six months of probation.
Linda L. McLaughlin, 19, 1949 Park Ave., Washington; simple assault; charged June 19; sentence – seven days to 23 months of probation, anger management classes and no contact with victim.
Brittany N. Savage, 25, 1253 Liverpool Ave., Pittsburgh; retail theft and false identification to law enforcement; charged March 29, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with Sak’s Fifth Ave and Tanger Outlets, and retail theft classes.
Michael S. Cook, 51, 102 Noblestown Road, Midway; harassment and possession of marijuana; charged July 17; sentence – $400 fine.

Suzanne V. Kanary, 55, 228 Brehm Road, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Jan. 24; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Orlando M. Sagardia, 49, 103 Lincoln Rear, Charleroi; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 14; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months on ignition interlock device.
Donald Payne Jr., 55, 311 Baker St., Clairton; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged April 24; sentence – a month to six months in jail, $500 fine and restitution.
Carmen M. Namie, 29, 103 Lynn Wood Ave., Belle Vernon; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 19, 2015; sentence – 30 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Adam J. Timko, 37, 601 King Road, Bulger; driving under the influence; charged July 17, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months on ignition interlock device.
Matthew A. Thomas, 32, 219 Cheniere Station Road, West Monroe, La.; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 29; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Jennifer R. Shetter, 34, 47 Mathews Road, Belle Vernon; driving under the influence, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility and driving with vehicle with a suspended registration; charged Nov. 19; sentence – 30 days to six months in jail, $1,400 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Michael L. Preston, 37, 937 Mary St., Langeloth; driving under the influence, fraud and driving with a suspended license; charged May 22, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation and a $200 fine.
Brian D. Johnston, 33, 527 S. Main St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 10, 2015; sentence – 30 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, five months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Sharon L. Gerritsen, 53, 202 Boxwood Court, McMurray; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 5; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days of electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Garrett D. Rodgers, 35, 310 County Line Road, Bridgeville; driving under the influence; charged July 27, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on SCRAMX, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Derek A. Powell, 27, 440 Main St., New Eagle; driving under the influence; charged May 28, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days of electronic home monitoring and $300 fine.

Nicholas E. Liokareas, 41, 2631 Sunnyfield Drive, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 27, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days of electronic home monitoring, 50 hours of community service, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Sean Perry, 26, 819 McKean Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged May 26; sentence – 12 months of probation and $200 fine.
Edward W. Pfeifer, 25, 207 Park St., Greensburg; disorderly conduct; charged March 6, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.
Bradley R. Smith, 32, 233 Cedar Ridge Road, Waynesburg; theft by deception; charged Dec. 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Kohl’s.
Tyler W. Smith, 23, 165 Bench Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 15; sentence – three days to six month in jail and $1,000 fine.
Lori A. Hensel-Reed, 33, 410 E. Francis Ave., Connellsville; driving without a license and simple possession; charged Sept. 23, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation and $25 fine.
