Kenneth S. Keener, 33, 104 Covered Bridge Road, Prosperity; simple assault; charged July 31, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Devin T. Scholato, 27, 1381 Allison Ave., Washington; two counts of retail theft; charged Dec. 22; sentence – 180 days of probation, 25 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with Kohl’s.

Kenneth W. Poindexter, 23, 1202 Hunters Ridge, Brownsville; accident involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed; charged Nov. 6; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring and restitution.

Leslie A. Dixon, 39, 1385 W. Chestnut St., Washington; retail theft; charged May 26, 2014; sentence – 30 days to 12 months in jail, no contact with Rite Aid and retail theft classes.

Michael A. Howard, 47, 116 Pennsylvania Ave., Belle Vernon; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 22, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Malachi C. Simmons, 34, 705 ½ Broad St., Washington; retail theft; charged Sept. 24, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the restrictive treatment program, 100 hours of community service, no contact with Kohl’s and restitution.

Joshua A. Popp, 33, 120 Greenwood Drive, Canonsburg; flight to avoid apprehension and possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 8, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the restrictive treatment program, 12 months of probation and banned from Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Meadows Racetrack & Casino.

Junique O. Nwajei, 28, 79 Park St., Republic; attempted theft; charged Feb. 5; sentence – six to 23 months in jail and no contact with Walmart.

Brinton A. Shoop, 34, 1948 West Chestnut St., Washington; resisting arrest; charged July 21; sentence – 12 months of probation and anger management classes.

Cody S. Kolbeck, 30, 804 E. Crawford Ave., Connellsville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 21 and 27, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Robert W. Labossiere, 27, 425 East St., Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia, simple assault; charged June 3; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation, anger management classes, domestic violence counseling, 125 hours of community service, and no contact with victim.

Cory A. Rose, 26, 640 E. Main St., Monongahela; criminal mischief; charged April 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Julie L. Maynard, 31, 211 Crawford St., Houston; theft; charged April 8; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Sears.

Hank C. Cassidy, 25, 508 Maderia St., New Eagle; small amount of marijuana, careless driving and operating a vehicle without a license; charged April 24; sentence – 30 days of probation and a $50 fine.

Michael J. Vivio, 46, 320 S. Oliver Ave., Zeleinople; attempted forgery and attempted theft by deception; charged April 22; sentence – 12 months of probation.

David C. Griffth II, 32, 10 W. Market St., Burgettstown; reckless endangerment and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; charged May 19, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jesse A. Charnik, 27, 38 Homestead Drive, Avella; resisting arrest; charged July 25; sentence – two to 23 months in jail.

Tyler J. Winstone, 23, of Charleroi; theft; charged June 3; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Jahleel A. Kimbo, 22, 211 Clark St., Belle Vernon; simple possession; charged Feb. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Melissa R. Baldwin, 26, 557 Beazel Road, Belle Vernon; driving under the influence and an accident involving personal injury; charged March 7, 2015; sentence – 18 months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days of electronic home monitoring, six months of probation, $300 fine and no contact with victim.

Chad S. Smith, 27, 323 Taylor Ave., Washington; delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit theft; charged Aug. 18, 2015; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail.

Theodore A. Babich Jr., 29, 42 Elwood St., Monongahela; simple possession; charged May 23; sentence – 12 months of probation.
