Assault alleged: Scott Lloyd Wiltrout, 54, of 1874 Route 136, Eighty Four, is charged by state police with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment, court records show. Police accuse Wiltrout of striking and kicking Richard Rollison, fracturing his jaw, nose and one of his ribs at Jessop Place and Green Street early Nov. 5. District Judge David Mark issued the charges in a summons Tuesday.

Woman charged: Kelly Anne Thomas, 35, of 20-A Bel Air Drive, Canton Township, is charged by state police with simple assault and harassment over allegations she punched and shoved a man in her residence Oct. 6, court records show. District Judge David Mark issued the charges in a summons Monday.

Charge filed: Albert Joseph Alimena, 57, of 120 Sewickley Ridge Circle, Sewickley, is charged by township police with indecent assault over allegations he inappropriately grabbed a male employee of The Meadows Casino about 11:10 p.m. Aug. 15, court records show. Police filed the charge Monday before District Judge Jay Weller.

Gun purchase cases: John S. Dino Jr., 58, of 609 Park Ave., Canonsburg, is charged by township police with unsworn falsification and providing false information on an application to purchase a firearm from Ace Sporting Goods, 462 Washington Road, about 4 p.m. Nov. 21, 2015, court records show. Nicole Gale Key, 26, of 19 Bonvue St., Pittsburgh, faces identical charges over an attempted gun purchase at the same store Dec. 24, 2015, court records indicate. Donald N. Schneider II, 38, of 863 E. Wheeling St., Washington, faces the same charges stemming from an attempted gun purchase at Field & Stream, 60 Old Mill Boulevard, about 5 p.m. Nov. 5, 2015, court records show. Police filed the charges Wednesday before District Judge Jay Weller.

Theft report: Danielle Powell, 39, of 140 S. Lincoln Ave., Greensburg, is charged by township police with theft over accusations she stole merchandise at Lowe’s, 355 Washington Road, and returned it without a receipt at the customer service counter, receiving a gift card valued at $214 about 3:10 p.m. Nov. 14, court records show. District Judge Jay Weller issued the charge in a summons Tuesday.
