Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Cody A. Stoffer, 26, 435 Murray Ave., Donora; burglary; charged Dec. 1; sentence – five years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Andrew T. Fischer, 28, 1712 Steuben St., Pittsburgh; theft from a motor vehicle and fleeing; charged June 5; sentence – one year less one day to two years less two days in jail, 12 of months probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Ronald M. Winters, 37, 211 W. Pike St., Houston; terroristic threats and harassment; charged Oct. 9, 2015; sentence – 11 to 22 months in jail and no contact with victims.

Justina M. Huffman, 28, 112 Frederick Terrace, Fredericktown; theft and defiant trespass; charged Aug. 6, 2015; sentence – one to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with victim.

Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:

Andrew A. Duncan, 21, 1321 Lucia Drive, Canonsburg; robbery and flight to avoid apprehension; charged April 6; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

William M. Oravetz, 32, 100 W. Cherry Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 2; sentence – 12 months of probation.
