Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle were the following:

David W. Murray, 53, 128 Adams St., McDonald; simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 25, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Jesse A. Flament, 25, 302 Washington Ave., Charleroi; defiant trespass and theft; charged March 15; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail, four years of probation and restitution.
Jason Bergman, 32, 1601 Clubhouse Circle, Washington; insurance fraud; charged April 10, 2014; sentence – 729 days in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, probation for remainder of sentence time, $2,500 fine, restitution and 500 hours of community service.
William J. Walker, 46, 435 Brad Ave., Washington; unsworn falsification; charged Oct. 6; sentence – two years of probation.
Gloria Keeler, 56, 603 Fayette Road, Perryopolis; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Shawn L. Brown, 451 Fifth St., Donora; simple assault and resisting arrest; charged April 24; sentence – five to 12 months in jail and 12 months of probation.
Myron D. Styche, 55, 641 Baldwin St., Bridgeville; driving under the influence; charged July 6, 2012; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days of electronic home monitoring and a $1,500 fine.
Ew L. Richardson, 20, 7307 Schley Ave., Pittsburgh; theft; charged Oct. 12, 2014; sentence – two years of probation, 50 hours of community service and restitution.

Marni Moretti 43, 272 Hill Road, Oakdale; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 29; sentence – 30 days probation without a verdict.
Melissa S. Gordon, 32, 120 Prospect St., Brownsville; retail theft; charged March 31; sentence – $300 fine.
