False identification: William Trey Aberegg, 26, of Pine Grove, W. Va., was charged by state police with having an altered vehicle identification number, driving under the influence, false identification to police and eight summary offenses following a traffic stop around 1 p.m. Thursday on Garrison Ridge Road in Springhill Township.
