Parkway East closure

The outbound Parkway East (Interstate 376) in Pittsburgh will close this weekend, weather permitting.

The parkway will close to from 10 p.m. Friday through 5 a.m. Monday between the Grant Street interchange and the Boulevard of the Allies on-ramp to the eastbound parkway.

Crews from the Joseph B. Fay Co. will conduct painting operations on the Birmingham Bridge and expansion dam replacement on the parkway. All outbound traffic will be detoured.
