Charges withdrawn against Marianna woman
Charges were withdrawn Wednesday against a Marianna woman after North Franklin Township police learned she was mistakenly identified as the person who reportedly stole items from a store at Washington Crown Center.
Rachel Kint, 28, had retail theft charges withdrawn after police learned she was mistakenly identified by a store clerk after another woman allegedly stole the items last week.
