Donora man charged for selling heroin
A Donora man who pleaded guilty Wednesday in Washington County Court to possession of a controlled substance was arraigned Monday on drug charges for a separate incident.
According to the complaint, Christian “Criddy” Lowe, 25, sold more than 20 stamp bags of suspected heroin to an informant working with the Washington County Drug Task Force during an investigation in April.
He is charged with criminal use of a communication facility, 20 counts of possession with intent to deliver and 20 counts of possession of a controlled substance.
He was placed in Washington County jail on $250,000 straight bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.
Washington County Judge Michael J. Lucas on Wednesday sentenced Lowe to 18 months in the intermediate punishment program, including the first six months on electronic monitoring, to be served concurrently with 12 months of probation.
