North Franklin Township police are looking for assistance identifying a woman suspected of stealing from several stores at Washington Crown Center last month.

The woman has hit Ulta Beauty four or five times, said Officer Lindsi Kopko. The thief was caught three times on store surveillance, including stealing items on two consecutive days.

Kopko said the woman carries a black bag on her shoulder. She reportedly removes the items from the packaging and puts them in her purse, returning the package to the shelf. She has allegedly stolen items including fragrances and palettes of makeup valued at about $1,000 from Ulta.

The suspected has blonde, shoulder-length hair with dark roots. She often wears a bandana. She is about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 160 to 170 pounds. Witnesses described her as being thick around the middle. She also wears heavy eye makeup.

Kopko said that she had been at the mall for four or five days in a row, starting about Oct. 17, but has not since been back.

She is also suspected of stealing items from Victoria’s Secret and may have stolen from other stores as well.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-228-9610.
