WAYNESBURG – Greene County Sheriff Brian Tennant released the following activity report for August:

• The office processed 44 civil actions and served 28 documents related to civil actions; it processed four real estate sales and served papers related to two real estate sales.

• The office processed three personal property actions and served documents related to three personal property actions.

• It processed 15 protection from abuse actions and served papers related to 11 protection from abuse actions.

• The office processed 67 licenses to carry concealed.

• The office transported 53 inmates for Greene County Court and five prisoners for SCI-Greene prison.

• The office assisted outside agencies two times and worked five special details.

• Deputies made 10 traffic stops and logged 3,834 miles.
