Arrested on warrant: Mark E. Seman, 46, of 379 Mt. Tabor Road, Long Branch, is charged by California police with simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment over allegations he punched his girlfriend, Tammy Deavers, in the head about 8:10 p.m. Sept. 1 at his residence and fled before police arrived, court records show. Seman is in Washington County jail on $35,000 bond set Friday by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Drug arrest: Evan B. Hilliard, 19, of Pittsburgh, is charged by borough police with drug possession with intent to deliver, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property, court records show. Police arrested Hilliard during a traffic stop in which he allegedly was in possession of a stolen wallet about 10:40 p.m. Saturday at South Ellsworth Street and California Road. Hilliard was placed in Washington County jail on $50,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Assault alleged: John Robison, 59, of 933 Pike Run Drive, California, is charged by borough police with simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment over allegations he punched and choked his wife, Ann Robison, about 10:20 p.m. Saturday in his residence, court records show. He is free on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Prowling charges: Taylor Rae Young, 19, of 32 Oregon St., Washington, was arrested Sunday on charges of terroristic threats, loitering and prowling, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness for an incident at Second Street and McNary Street in which she allegedly tried to gain entry to a house, yelled obscenities and threatened to kill officers, Canonsburg police said. She was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 28 before District Judge David Mark.

Assault alleged: Walter Mace Williams, 49, of 62 Donora Road, Carroll Township, is charged by police with simple assault and harassment over allegations he threw a metal chair at Tina Kay Sallee, striking her in the back about 6:50 p.m. Friday at his residence, court records show. Williams was placed in Washington County jail on $50,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Man jailed: Gary Jankowski, 23, of White Oak, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with trespassing over allegations he illegally entered Char House, 251 Ninth St., about 11 p.m. Aug. 8, court records show. He was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set Friday by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Charge filed: William Richards, 29, of 1 Ramage Ave., Elrama, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with receiving stolen property over allegations he sold a lawn mower and weed trimmer to a pawn shop that had been stolen last week from a yard in the 1,000 block of Lower Meadow Avenue, court records show. The charge was issued Friday in a summons from the office of District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Woman stabbed: Timothy F. Booker, 36, of 97 Gardner St., Independence Township, is charged by state police with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and making terroristic threats, court records show. Booker is accused of using a steak knife to stab Kristina N. Ray through her left arm, puncturing her torso, about 2:30 a.m. Friday at his residence. Booker also is accused of punching a witness and threatening to kill a state trooper. He was placed in Washington County jail on $250,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Theft alleged: Brandy Valentine, 37, of 31 Albert Ave., Fallowfield Township, is charged by city police with forgery, unauthorized access device use, receiving stolen property and theft, court records show. Police accuse Valentine of stealing $5,700 from Walter Makinchak of Monessen in April by signing his checks or using his credit card while he was in a coma at a Pittsburgh hospital. She also is charged with illegal possession of four morphine tablets during a traffic stop about 5:10 p.m. June 28 in the 400 block of Tyrol Boulevard. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued a warrant Thursday for her arrest.

Hit-and-run charges: Eddie Bell, 26, who has addresses in Monessen and Pittsburgh, is charged by city police with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle and traffic violations over allegations the vehicle he was driving collided with another vehicle about 5 p.m. Aug. 24 before he allegedly drove off from the crash scene at Sixth Street and Parkway, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued the charges in a summons Thursday.

Drug case: Wayne M. Ezzo, 53, of 222 Lenewee Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with drug possession with intent to deliver and drug possession over allegations he sold an unspecified amount of cocaine to a confidential informant working with police about 5:30 p.m. Sept. 7 at Ontario Street and Lenewee Avenue, court records show. Police filed the charges Friday before District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Check stolen: Brian Lowther, 37, of 411 Fourth St., Monessen, is charged by city police with theft and tampering with records, court records show. Police accuse Lowther of stealing a check about 10:30 a.m. Aug. 22 from Devon Whitlock of Monessen and using it to pay $574 in court costs he owed at the office of District Judge Charles Christner in Rostraver Township. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued a warrant Friday for Lowther’s arrest.

Woman arraigned: Bridget Marie Ross, 38, of 435 Market St., Belle Vernon, is charged by city police with trespassing and disorderly conduct over allegations she was staying at Valley Manor, 331 Third St., about 7:20 p.m. Friday when she had been told she was on the no-trespassing list at the building, court records show. Ross is free on $2,500 unsecured bond set Saturday by District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Threat alleged: Jason O. Stevens, 43, of 184 Morton St., New Eagle, is charged by Monongahela police with simple assault, intimidation of a witness, reckless endangerment and harassment, court records show. Stevens is accused of threatening to kill Billy Hill with a crowbar while chasing him from 419 Second St. about 10 p.m. Friday. Stevens was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Jailed in alleged assault: Kyle R. Finley, 20, of 126 Diana Drive, Carroll Township, is charged by city police with aggravated assault, hindering apprehension, unsworn falsification, false reports to police, criminal conspiracy, trespassing and criminal use of a cellphone, court records show. Police accuse Finley of conspiring with another man to assault Jason Stevens of New Eagle about 11:15 p.m. Saturday at 419 Second St., Monongahela. Finley was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond. The other suspect has not been charged.

Assault: Clint Alan Cottrill, 32, of 2614 Old National Pike, Washington, faces charges of simple assault and harassment in connection with a Sept. 10 domestic dispute in which his wife, Mercedes, reported she suffered cuts to her hands, neck and stomach, North Franklin police said.

Drug, chase charges: Christopher Martin Cox, 37, of 292 King Air Circle, Washington, faces charges of drug possession, fleeing police, illegal vehicle registration, no inspection, no insurance, careless driving and speeding. Police said he was found with five stamp bags of heroin and a syringe following an accident at 90 Vankirk Road on Sept. 5 from which Cox fled.

Theft: Gerald Christopher III of Mobile, Ala., reported to South Strabane police Sept. 9 a Ruger 9mm handgun, Playstation 4 console, laptop computer, tablet and wi-fi hotspot device were stolen from the Motel 6 room in which he was staying.

Man jailed: Jean-Henri Yandel, 37, of 985 Addison St., Washington, is charged by city police with simple assault over accusations he punched his girlfriend, Katelynn Swindoll, several times in the face about 9:15 p.m. Friday at his residence, court records show. Yandel was placed in Washington County jail on $35,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Neighborhood fight: Three residents were cited with disorderly conduct after an incident Sunday in the 200 block of North Franklin Street. According to the complaint, Christian Richardson, 21, of 308 Elm St., told police he pulled a handgun in self defense after an argument with Eddie Lewis, 39, and Kelli Lewis, 32, of 277 N. Franklin St., who Richardson said hit him. Richardson has a license-to-carry permit. Kelli Lewis was also cited with harassment.

Disorderly conduct citations: William Prowitt, 41, of 397 W. Chestnut St., and Anthony Keys, 46, of 1090 Michigan Ave., were cited with disorderly conduct for a fight Saturday in the 300 block of West Chestnut St.

Woman cited: Anna Wise, 49, of 333 Dewey Ave., Washington, was cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly throwing a brick and rocks through the window of her estranged husband’s house at 28 E. Katherine Avenue.

Rock thrown: A Washington man reported to police Friday an unknown black man with a bald head and beard threw a rock through his vehicle’s passenger window, striking him in the head, while he was in the 600 block of Fayette Street.
