Restaurant cited: The operators of Campy’s Pizza & Six Pack Shop, 151-153 Wood St., California, were cited Monday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly selling alcoholic beverages to an 18-year-old July 13.

Disorderly house charge: Malik Allen, 20, of Pittsburgh, was charged by California police with violating the borough’s disorderly house ordinance and possession of marijuana stemming from a Sept. 5 incident in a building at Vulcan Village. Police said he was having a large party at his apartment, and officers spotted a small bag of marijuana on a table.

Account opened: Jerry Ledford of Canonsburg told Canonsburg police Monday his personal information was used to open a PayPal account and charge $1,306.23.

Vehicle damaged: Audrey Adams of 530 Euclid Ave. told Canonsburg police Sunday vandals dumped an oily substance on her vehicle.

Drug case: Melissa A. Buchinsky, 29, of Herminie, is charged by township police with drug possession with intent to deliver, tampering with evidence, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia over allegations she attempted to hide 134 stamp bags of heroin in a police cruiser after she was arrested following a traffic stop about 11:45 a.m. March 5 at Finley Road and Crawford Lane. Police filed the charges Monday before District Judge Charles Christner.

Theft allegation: Roy A. Agostini, 67, of 217 Liberty Ave., Rostraver Township, is charged by township police with theft and receiving stolen property over allegations he stole earrings worth $58 from his mother’s estate June 29 and sold them at a pawn shop for $20, court records show. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charges in a summons Monday.

Charged in summons: Robert Erin Jones, 44, of 327 Route 906, Rostraver Township, is charged by township police with making false statements to induce an agreement for home improvement services, theft and deceptive business practices, court records show. Police accuse Jones of accepting $200 Aug. 22 from an 81-year-old man for lawn care services that went unperformed in the 900 block of Vernon Drive. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charges Monday in a summons.

iPad stolen: A 61-year-old Bentleyville man told state police Sept. 3 an iPad was stolen from 43 Sprowls Road, Somerset.

Attempted theft: Washington police said an attempt was made to steal items from a pickup truck owned by Sean Shaffer, 55 Seminole Ave., Monday.

Theft charge: Brooke Lowery, 28, of 225 S. College St., Washington, was charged with theft by unlawful taking Monday for allegedly stealing $430 from CVS, 175 W. Beau St. According to Washington police, Lowery admitted she rang up merchandise and processed returns at the same time, keeping the cash, over a period of about a week. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Retail theft alleged: Curtis C. Sadler, 54, of 360 E. Hallam Ave., Washington, was charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing several items from Shop ‘n Save, 125 W. Beau St., Monday. According to Washington police, Sadler has nine prior retail theft convictions. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
