Lori Montgomery, 44, Charleroi; retail theft; charged Jan. 31; sentence – 18 months of probation and banned from Rite Aid.
Michael J. Lowe, 28, 1162 Brush Run Road, Washington; retail theft; charged Aug. 20; sentence – $300 fine, restitution and banned from Verizon stores.
Brian H. Lloyd, 52, 31 North Ave., Washington; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes and restitution.
Marsha L. Kovach, 41, 252 Middle St., Brownsville; defiant trespass; charged Nov. 13; sentence – $300 fine and banned from Walmart.
Jordan B. Heim, 20, 349 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald; theft; charged Sept. 15; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Franklin P. Gray IV, 31, 538 S. Central Ave., Canonsburg; harassment; charged Aug. 23; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.
Loretta Figolah, 32, 1280 McKean Ave., Donora; possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 14, 2011; sentence – 12 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 30 days of electronic home monitoring and 6 months of probation.
Jeremy Lowe, 43, 38 Bluebird Lane, Avella; accidents involving damage and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 9; sentence – 60 days of electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation and $500 fine.
Dino V. Locastro, 58, 411 Center Church Road, McMurray; driving without lights and disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 19, 2015; sentence – 90 days of probation, $200 fine and no contact with victims.
Sarah C. Vincenti, 21, 199 N. Main St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without inspection; charged Nov. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation and $25 fine.
Richard A. Westen, 36, 2849 Main St., Beallsville; possession with intent to deliver; charged March 10; sentence – 2 years of probation.
David R. Harden III, 33, 204 Wilson Ave., Washington; endangering the welfare of children, resisting arrest and obstructing an emergency vehicle; charged June 25, 2015; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months of electronic home monitoring, 18 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and $300 fine.
Richard A. Westen, 36, 2849 Main St., Beallsville; possession with intent to deliver; charged June 9, 2014; sentence – 2 years of probation.
Mark A. Peck, 47, 231 Atlantic Ave., McKeesport; retail theft; charged Dec. 15, 2013; 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service, restitution and banned from Walmart.
Laura J. Priecko, 43, 346 Van Pelt St., Donora; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 1, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Nicholas J. Fincik, 33, 717 Seventh St., Charleroi; two counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged Aug. 1, 2015; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served and 2 years of probation.
