Crash injures five on Mon-Fayette Expressway

MONONGAHELA – Five people were injured Sunday in a one-vehicle accident on the Mon-Fayette Expressway in Carroll Township.

State police said the injured were taken to hospitals with nonlife-threatening injures after the vehicle in which they were traveling rolled over about 4:15 p.m. on the toll road’s southbound lanes.

The names of the victims were not available Sunday evening.
