Three charged in drug bust

Three Washington men were charged in connection with a January drug bust by Washington County Drug Task Force.

Erik M. Allen, 25; Stephen Gregor, 37, and James Delaney, 33, all previously of 65 Brookside Ave., were charged after the task force executed a search warrant on the residence Jan. 13.

Allen, who was allegedly in possession of a pistol, 15 stamp bags of suspected heroin and drug packaging materials, was charged with person not to possess firearms, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in Washington County jail Thursday on an out-of-county detainer.

Gregor, who was allegedly in possession of empty stamp bags of suspected heroin, a spoon and needles, and Delaney, who was allegedly in possession of needles and empty stamp bags of suspected heroin, were each charged with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Those charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
