Police beat Sept. 27
Simple assault: Brain Keith Mayle, 41, of Garards Fort, was charged with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly assaulted his wife and a 16-year-old girl at 4:25 a.m. Sunday at 290 Garards Fort Road in Greene Township. State police said Mayle was allegedly intoxicated when he punched his wife twice and threw the 16-year-old to the floor by the neck. A warrant for Mayle’s arrest has been issued.
Arrest: Donald Lee Moore, 43, was arrested on a warrant from West Virginia at 2:14 p.m. Friday on Main Street in Dora Village, state police said. Police did not indicate what charge Moore faces in West Virginia.
