Gasoline stolen: John Celli of Lake Ariel, Wayne County, told Cecil police Tuesday morning 90 gallons of gasoline valued at about $200 was stolen from tanks on a trailer attached to his work pickup truck that was parked in the lot at Hilton Garden Inn, 1000 Corporate Drive. He told police he discovered two padlocks removed from the tanks.

Theft charge: Cortney N. Orgovan, 24, of 40 BelAir Drive, Canton Township, was charged by North Franklin police with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $314 from a man at 1880 W. Chestnut St., on Sept. 9. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Vehicles entered: North Franklin police said several vehicles were entered earlier this month in the Trinity Park plan. Among the items stolen were a GoPro with accessories, batteries, a radio and jewelry.

Two injured: Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday night at the intersection of Hill Church-Houston Road and the ramp to Interstate 79 north, North Strabane police said. The drivers were identified as Patricia Robbins, 65, of 3010 Shoreline Lane, McDonald, and Kho Soenarjo, 39, of Bakersfield, Calif. Robbins was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment. Soenarjo refused treatment for minor scrapes, police said.

Assault arrest: Rebecca Sue Moats, 32, of 1519 Sugar Run Road, Nottingham, was arrested Monday night by state police on charges of simple assault and harassment. She is accused of assaulting her former boyfriend during a confrontation at their home. She was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

DUI charge: Police charged a 17-year-old boy for driving under the influence after a crash Saturday night in the 800 block of Venetia Road, Peters police said. According to reports, the teen swerved to miss a deer, struck a utility pole and hit a vehicle driven by Carol Wagner, 71, of Finleyville. No one was hurt.

Assault alleged: Robert J. Nagy, 67, of 714 Furlong Ave., Roscoe, is charged by Roscoe, Elco, Stockdale and Allenport Regional police with simple assault and harassment over allegations he struck Michael Buynar outside a Spee-D Food Mart about 4:20 p.m. Sept. 16. The charges were sent Monday in a summons from the office of District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Money stolen: A district manager for Little Caesar’s, 275 Jefferson Ave., told Washington police Monday cash was stolen from the register by an employee on Sept. 17. Charges are pending, police said.

Man jailed: Eric E. Bee, 34, of 1140 Maple Terrace, Washington, was placed in Washington County jail Tuesday on charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. According to the complaint, Bee entered a home on Addison Street Aug. 18 and took a TV and 20 fishing rods. Bee was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in jail on $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Oct. 5 before Redlinger.
