Disorderly conduct charge: David Conaway, 19, of 12 Cumberland Village, Carmichaels, was charged by Cumberland Township police with two counts of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and purchase of alcohol by a minor following an incident that happened around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police said they responded to Conaway’s residence for the report of a domestic dispute that left a glass door shattered on the ground and Conaway’s arms and hands bloodied. Police said he punched a door, disobeyed orders and threatened to fight officers trying to arrest him.

Theft charge: State police charged Jerrod D. Berry, 32, of 78 Circle St., Clarksville, with theft for allegedly stealing an abstract painting, valued at $5,000, and other items from a house in Teagarden Homes where he was staying between Sept. 22 and 23. The painting and other items were recovered at the home of Berry’s mother, police said.

Criminal mischief: The window of a vehicle in the 900 block of Drift Ridge Road in Wayne Township was smashed by unknown actors early Wednesday.
