Fort Pitt Tunnel restrictions planned

There will be single-lane restrictions on the outbound side of the Fort Pitt Tunnel through noon today and from 10 p.m. today through noon Sunday. Crews from Lighthouse Electric Co. of North Strabane Township will continue drilling and conduit installation work to restore cellphone service inside the tunnel.
