Stolen furnace: A furnace and boiler were reported as having been stolen from outside a home on Diane Drive that was under renovation between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Drugs found: A Habitat for Humanity worker discovered a bag of heroin Wednesday morning in the area the group was working on Ford Street and called state police, who removed the bag.

Missing man located: A 22-year-old man was reported missing Saturday about 1:30 a.m. State police said the man’s friends received a “troubling text message” from him but were unable to locate him. He was later called to the Washington barracks, where he said he’d spent the night at a friend’s.
