Crash snarls traffic on Liberty Bridge

The state Department of Transportation is advising drivers to consider alternate routes because of a multi-vehicle crash on the outbound side of the Liberty Bridge. Traffic on the bridge is closed in both directions. Emergency personnel are on the scene of the crash that happened before 3 p.m.
