CUMBERLAND

Hit-and-run crash: Kristin Ross, 22, of Nemacolin, was charged with accident involving damage and leaving the scene of an accident after Cumberland Township police said she struck a car in the Shop ‘n Save parking lot on Eighty-Eight Road and left Dec. 31. Police filed charges at District Judge Lee Watson’s office Monday.
