Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Tara J. Boidock, 37, 19 Cummins St., Houston; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Dec. 16, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Corey L. Anderson, 35, 275 Brookside Ave., Washington; stalking; charged Oct. 23, 2016; sentence – five years of probation.
Blaze R. Jackson, 23, 140 Lilmont Drive, Swissvale; possession of drug paraphernalia and simple assault; charged Sept. 29, 2014, and Dec. 7, 2016; sentence – 10 to 23 months in jail and 12 months of probation.
Wendy A. Rusler, 46, 3341 Millers Run Road, Cecil; possession with intent to deliver; charged Feb. 8, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program.
Deanna S. Lewis, 34, 333 McKnown St., Apt. 3, Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 5, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jack D. Jaffre, 40, 34 Deems Park Road, Daisytown; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged Nov. 8, 2015; sentence – six months of probation, $200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Grant M. McCarty, 24, 1017 Greenville Drive, Pleasant Hills; receiving stolen property and simple trespass; charged Nov. 6, 2014; sentence – three years of probation, no contact with Ron Lewis Dodge & Chrysler, restitution and $300 fine.
Scott Reed, 46, 349 Orchard St., Springdale; retail theft; charged Aug. 28; sentence – 23 months of probation, no contact with Tanger Outlets and retail theft classes.

Shannon Hager, 47, 130 Hart Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged May 1, 2012; sentence – 72 hours to six months in jail, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Emily J. Lunt, 33, 338 Queensbury St., Pittsburgh; DUI; charged Nov. 13, 2015; sentence – $500 fine, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days in jail, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
John D. Heina, 32, 6259 Dogwood Lane, North Ridgeville, Ohio; unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and simple assault; charged March 10, 2016; sentence – three years of probation and no contact with victim, victim’s family and Cambria Suites Hotel.
John W. Lynn, 40, 727 McKean Ave., Apt. 3, Charleroi; simple assault; charged Jan. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.
Gregory A. Adams Jr., 34, 275 N. Avenue, Apt. G-2, Washington; conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, driving while license is suspended or revoked and escape; charged Nov. 14, 2014, and May 31; sentence – 30 days to 12 months in jail, 12 months of probation, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine, restitution, no contact with Walmart or codefendant and retail theft classes.
Michael L. Preston, 38, 937 Mary St., Langeloth; DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude, resisting arrest, driving under suspension, driving without financial responsibility and no passing zone; charged July 16; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days in jail, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $2,825 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Demetrius Ellis, 26, 233 Shirls Ave., Washington; firearms not to be carried without a license; charged Aug. 14; sentence – two to four years in jail.
Sabrina L. Bonn, 38, 1568 Second St., New Brighton; DUI; charged Nov. 30, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Ayuana M. Banks, 36, 88 Lacleed St., Pittsburgh; DUI and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged April 20, 2016; sentence – six months of probation and $500 fine.
Mark R. Blazek, 36, 1619 River Birch Ave., Oviedo, Fla.; DUI; charged June 4; sentence -six months in jail and $300 fine.
Chaz A. Colley, 24, 1434 Pearl St., Moundsville, W.Va.; DUI; charged Nov. 3, 2014; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Clinton W. Fisher, 42, 751 Rockwood Road, Belle Vernon; DUI; charged July 20, 2016; sentence – six months of probation and $300 fine.
Kodi M.B. Foley, 24, 1412 E. Maiden St., Washington; DUI; charged June 23; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Jorge E. Arreola, 55, 512 Lincoln St., Monongahela; DUI, unregistered vehicle and driving without inspection; charged Aug. 17; sentence – six months of probation and $350 fine.
Daniel J. Reilly, 46, 402 Brad Ave., Washington; DUI; charged May 29; sentence – six months of probation and $300 fine.
Joseph W. Haywood, 39, 858 Washington Road, Prosperity; DUI and driving under suspension; charged March 28, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,300 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
