Disorderly conduct: John Ray Lipscomb, 52, of 322 Watkins Run Road, Mt. Morris, was charged by Greene County Regional police with disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident April 11, when he allegedly left threatening voicemails on the answering machine at the Mt. Morris Sportsman’s Club, which is down the street from his Perry Township residence. Police said Lipscomb has previously been warned to cease all contact with the club.
