Meeting planned
A public meeting will be held from 4 to 5:30 p.m. May 9 on the replacement of the Route 50 (Millers Run Road) bridge spanning Millers Run in Cecil Township. The project is part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Rapid Bridge Replacement Project and the meeting will be focused on important information including the construction schedule and traffic change that is planned while the bridge is being replaced.
During construction, drivers will be directed to follow a detour along Route 980 and Muse Bishop Road.
The meeting will be held at the Cecil Township municipal buiding, 3599 Millers Run Road. Representatives from Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners will be available to discuss the bridge project and answer questions. There will be no formal presentation. Construction plans will be on display for reference.
