Assault charge: Christopher Lee Dayton, 32, of 364B Braden Run Road, Franklin Township, was charged by state police with simple assault and harassment following a dispute with his girlfriend, Mandie Reusch, Sunday at their residence. Police said Reusch took Dayton’s car keys after Dayton threatened to get a protection-from-abuse order against her. Dayton told police that Reusch slapped herself in the face, but Reusch told police that Dayton struck her, causing a bruise near her eye, according to the criminal complaint.
Assault alleged: Daniel Sebulsky Jr., 32, of 19 Frick Ave., Mt. Pleasant, was charged by Cumberland Township police with simple assault and harassment following a dispute Sunday afternoon at his sister’s home at 9 Route 21 Mobile Home Park, Cumberland Township. Police said Daniel’s sister Laura Sebulsky had asked Daniel to leave her residence because he was intoxicated. Daniel then allegedly attacked Laura, grabbing her wrist and striking her in the face and the back of the head, causeing her to fall to the ground and lose consciousness. Police said that during the altercation, Daniel allegedly kicked over a grill, which was still hot when police arrived.
