Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Nolan Russell Povanesso, 25, 135 McGregor Drive, Canonsburg; harassment; charged April 18, 2016; sentence – $50 fine.

Isaiah Earl Calloway, 25, 108 ½ W. Wylie Ave., Washington; robbery; charged May 9, 2016; sentence – one to two years in jail and no contact with Dairy Queen or Washington Financial.

Joshua David Ralston, 34, 164 Schiebel Road, Butler; driving under the influence; charged April 3, 2015; sentence – 10 days in jail, two years in the intermediate punishment program, $2,500 fine and 18-month driver’s license suspension.

William Chester Skinner, 55, 21 Zaccarino Lane, Cecil; possession of a controlled substance; charged March 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:

Lindsey L. Satterfield, 34, 144 Chambers Lane, Canonsburg; driving under the influence and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged June 11, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days in jail, 15 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,000 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.

Rachel Leigh McHugh, 41, 226 Coachside Drive, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 15, 2015; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, five months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Michael David Kusky, 51, 160 Wylie Ave., Strabane; driving under the influence; charged June 10, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Michelle Lynn Patterson, 31, 609 Woodland Road, Canonsburg; endangering the welfare of children and simple assault; charged Sept. 25, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, two years of probation, anger management classes and 100 hours of community service.

Alishia Marie McKnight, 27, 221 S. College St., Apt. 3, Washington; driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of children and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 4, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

James Edmond Doperak, 34, 2044 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged June 26, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Eric Michael Dempsey, 28, 231 Key Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 3; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

John C. Chester, 45, 312 Lenawee Ave., Monessen; driving under the influence and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged July 21, 2016; sentence – six years in the intermediate punishment program, three months in jail, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $700 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.

Brian E. Chadwick, 51, 96 Burton Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged Aug. 13, 2015; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in the DUI treatment court program, $2,500 fine, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 90 days on scram-X, 30-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Ashley Nicole Jeney, 30, 408 Mallard St., West Newton; driving under the influence and failing to stop and give information/render aid; charged Nov. 21; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,525 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Thomas Yancy Johnson, 28, 213 Church St., Roscoe; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 15; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Steven Anthony Smith, 27, 515 Rosewood Drive, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 24; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Lisa Marie Cooper, 49, 31 Link Lane, Eldersville; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 18; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring and scram-X, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Joseph Samuel Desmond, 32, 95 E. Buffalo Church Road, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 18; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Leo Edwin Faulk, 69, 1846 Morey Road, Fredericktown; two counts of driving under the influence; charged June 21 and Sept. 2, 2016; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in the DUI court program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 90 days on scram-X, $800 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Devon Boyd, 25, 180 May Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 27; sentence – six to 23 months in jail and 12 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:

Walter Benjamin Hixenbaugh III, 55, 624 Sixth St., Mather; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 8, 2016; sentence – 10 days to 12 months in jail and 50 hours of community service.

Nicholas James Kalcevick, 34, of Belle Vernon; possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement; charged May 31, 2016; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Bobby Gould, 41, 170 Horseshoe Lane, Corry; criminal trespass; charged July 1, 2016; sentence – 42 days to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with victim.

Eric Jason Amicone, 40, 211 Clay Pike Road, North Huntingdon; theft from a motor vehicle and conspiracy; charged Sept. 30; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Patrick Hughey, 41, 550 Broad St., Washington; flight to avoid apprehension and resisting arrest; charged June 15, 2016; sentence – one to two years in jail and two years of probation.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:
