Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:

Eric William Coursey, 23, 1651 Fourth St., Monongahela; driving under the influence and accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property; charged Nov. 10; sentence – $1,500 fine, five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 12 months of probation.

Randy Lee Plants, 47, 1212 Route 40 West, Claysville; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 3; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Helen G. Carter, 61, 11 Courtney Hill Road, Finleyville; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 15; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Max Dugan, 25, 216 S. Wade Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 2; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

John Edward Edgar, 53, 408 Front St., Fredericktown; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 3; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Donald Gratz, 63, 1580 ½ Vista Valley Road, Washington; driving under the influence and careless driving; charged July 1, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $325 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

David R. Harden III, 34, 134 ½ North Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and careless driving; charged Sept. 26; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,525 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Charles Bronson Jenkins, 39, 1206 Summerlea Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 18,; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

James J. Fall Jr., 57, 208 Locust St., Muse; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 27; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 15 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:

Timothy Wise Jr., 36, 322 Lynn Portal Road, Washington; simple assault; charged Dec. 25; sentence – two years of probation, anger management classes and restitution.

John Joseph Schilinski Jr., 42, 39 Run St., Slovan; theft; charged Sept. 27; sentence – 18 months of probation and restitution.

Thomas Charles Fleeher II, 25, of Cecil; conspiracy to commit theft; charged Oct. 5; sentence – two years of probation, 75 hours of community service and no contact with victims.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:

Vandivner Jr., 22, 8 Railroad Ave., Grindstone; Ronald F. Hartley, 66, 229 Johnston Road, Bentleyville; Haverly Detrick, 23, 41 Maple St., Ellsworth; Ronald Charles Donati, 64, 3322 S. E. 34th Ave., Okeechobee, Fla.; Darrell Wayne Ward, 67, 103 Sheffield Lane, Canonsburg; Darlene Malie, 61, 813 Second St., Canonsburg; Dillian Michael Depaoli, 21, 305 Vogliano St., Meadow Lands; Brandon Charles Baum, 30, 1058 N. Main St., Washington; Dana Elizabeth Morich, 33, 933 ½ Old National Pike, Brownsville.

Others admitted to the ARD program include:

Shanna Nikole Brallier, 24, 255 Headley Road, Washington, for unsworn falsification to authorities.

Julia Rose Maga, 21, 208 W. College St., Apt. 2B, Canonsburg, for theft.
