Contraband charges: Vaily Gonzalez, 20, of Philadelphia, was charged with delivering contraband after state police said she gave a cellphone to an inmate at SCI-Greene prison in Franklin Township while visiting him Sunday morning. Police said Paulina Delgado, 27, of Philadelphia, was with Gonzalez during the delivery and charged her with criminal conspiracy.

Drug charges at SCI-Greene: Lougina Fairbee, 48, of Wilmerding, was charged Monday with felony counts of delivering contraband and conspiracy after state Department of Corrections investigators said she sent suboxone and other drugs to an inmate a SCI-Greene prison in Franklin Township between March and July 2016. Investigators also charged the inmate, Anthony Bowen, 40, now an inmate at SCI-Smithfield in Huntingdon, in connection with the deliveries. Investigators said they found one envelope with suboxone strips hidden beneath the stamps of some of the envelopes.
