Court cases
Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Robert Lee Austin Jr., 20, 150 Crescent Drive, Washington; two counts of resisting arrest and defiant trespass; charged March 5 and May 8; sentence – two years of probation and no contact with victim.
Jeremy Lee Perschka, 39, 603 Jefferson Ave., Brownsville; burglary; charged Feb. 23; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail and no contact with victim and property.
Randy Lynn Hughes, 37, 1134 Laurel Hill Road, McDonald; possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness, criminal mischief and harassment; charged Jan. 31, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, $900 fine, no contact with victims and anger management counseling.
William Mark Morris Jr., 34, 17 Thayer St., Washington; retail theft; charged July 21, 2016; sentence – six months of probation.
Brandon A. DeZardo, 34, 828 Crest Ave., Charleroi; simple possession of a controlled substance and defiant trespass; charged Sept. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with 524 ½ Third St., Charleroi.
Paul Phillips, 31, 719 N. Main St., Apt. 3, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 11; sentence – six months of probation.
Michael Jordan McMath, 23, 145 Chess St., Apt. 1, Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 11; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Chad Michael McCauley, 27, 626 E. Beau St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged March 6, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Malachi C. Simmons, 45, 105 Church St., Apt. 1, Washington; two counts of retail theft; charged Feb. 14, 2013, and Sept. 24, 2015; sentence – three years of probation, 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, restitution, banned from Wine and Spirits store and Kohl’s and 100 hours of community service.
Anastasia Petrosky, 27, 415 Rostraver Road, Belle Vernon; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 18, 2013; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring and $300 fine.
Dustin Walter Debolt, 31, 592 Galaxy Drive, Washington; four counts of driving under the influence and two counts of possession of heroin; charged March 6 and May 17, 2016; sentence – $3,000 fine, five years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in the restrictive treatment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 90 days on ScramX, 100 hours of community service, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 12 months of probation.
Adam Glenn Dellenbaugh, 29, 15 White St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 16, 2015; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Donald Jackson, 25, of 429 McKean Avenue, Charleroi; intimidating a witness, burglary, simple assault and summary harassment; charged May 5, 2016; sentence – one less one to two years less days in jail, followed by 5 years probation, given credit for time served and ordered to continue mental health treatment and ordered to have no contact with victims.
Marquis W. Pierce, 27, of Phillipsburg, N.J.; two counts of simple assault; charged April 23; sentence – two to 23 months.
Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:
Zachary Sadler, 32, 1520 Jefferson Ave., Lot 5, Washington; reckless endangerment and firearms not to be carried without a license; charged June 8, 2015; sentence – 11 ½ to two years in jail, five years of probation and no contact with victim.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Program program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:

Jaymie Cox, 29, 1255 Allison Ave., Washington, for theft and six months of probation.
