Theft: State police said an unknown person took an Amish-made wooden glider chair from a driveway off of Route 21 in East View sometime Aug. 17. Police said the person was driving a maroon Dodge Ram pickup truck.

Retail theft: Kristine Marie Seeholzer, 28, of 1012 Toms Run Road, Holbrook, was charged by state police with retail theft after she allegedly attempted to steal several items from Hidden Treasures, a thrift store along Route 21 in Franklin Township. Police said Seeholzer had put on a pair of jeans in the store Aug. 18, and had stuffed her purse with clothing items with a total value of $13.77.

Theft: State police said an unknown person broke the lock from a Conex box at a construction site along Shriver Hill Road in Whiteley Township and stole two drills, a concrete saw and a Dewalt grinder belonging to Marricco Construction Company Inc. sometime between Wednesday and Thursday.
