Three arrested at KeyBank Pavilion
Hanover Township police made three arrests at recent concerts at KeyBank Pavilion.
Johanne Lillian Minetti, 47, of Slippery Rock was charged with endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and disorderly conduct over accusations she smoked marijuana with a 14-year-old girl about 7:50 p.m. Friday at the venue at 665 State Road, court records show. Minetti was released on $30,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.
Christopher Jerald Levato, 24, of Beaver Falls was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, harassment and disorderly conduct over allegations he shoved an officer, interfering with another arrest about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, court records indicate. Police said stun guns were used along with pepper spray to take Levato into custody. He was released on $40,000 bond set by Hopkins.
Charles Joseph Simone, 27, of Bridgeville is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment over allegations he struck Michael Wain three times in the face late Friday, court records indicate. Simone was released on $25,000 bond set by Hopkins.
