Theft: State police said three unidentified men entered property of Emerald Coal Resources on Laurel Run Road and Mt. Morris Road and damaged two compressor disconnect boxes in the early morning of Aug. 16. Police said the suspects also cut and stole 180 feet of copper wire before fleeing.

Theft: State police said a 77-year-old New Freeport man reported that someone entered his unlocked vehicle Monday afternoon and stole personal property, while his car was parked in the Greene Plaza parking lot.
