Assault arrest: Julia Susan Libert, 46, of 46 Main Street Extension, Burgettstown, was arrested Thursday by McDonald police on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment for allegedly hitting her 52-year-old boyfriend, John Holzapzel of Pittsburgh, during a confrontation Tuesday at her home. He was arrested that day on charges including aggravated assault for allegedly throwing a gravy boat at her. She was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and released from Washington County jail after posting $5,000 bond. He remained in jail Friday on $10,000 bond.

Money stolen: McDonald police were called last week to the Kwik Fill, 1604 Main St., Burgettstown, for a report of the theft of money from a cash register. Police said security suspects an employee was stealing the money and obtained security video.

Charged in assault: Robert Mitch Luckasevic, 24, of 231 Seik Road, Washington, was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Joshua Kanalis on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and harassment filed by California police after he allegedly held a knife to a woman’s chest during an Aug. 13 confrontation at 225 Third St. He was released from Washington County jail after posting $5,000 bond.

Burglary, theft arrest: David Allen Kelley Jr., 18, of 95 South St., Brownsville, was arraigned Thursday before District Judge David Mark on charges of burglary, theft, criminal trespass and theft by deception. He is accused of stealing a laptop from his cousin who was staying at a home on Laddie Drive in Canton earlier this month. He then allegedly sold the laptop at a Washington pawn shop. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bond.

Tires slashed: Vikki Snyder of 406 Walnut St., Midway, told McDonald police last week three tires were slashed on her son’s vehicle.

Drug charges: Graylin Michael Fisher, 21, of 338 Chubbic Road, North Strabane, was charged this week by state police with possession and possession with intent to deliver marijuana after he allegedly sold the drug to a confidential informant in July 2016. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Driver charged: Francis S. Kelly, 46, of 3803 Snowden Road, South Park, was charged this week by North Strabane police with illegally operating a vehicle without an interlock and driving under suspension stemming from an Aug. 12 traffic stop at Route 19 and Zeman Drive. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Theft charge: Christopher Scott Kreischer, 31, of 10 Payne Place, Canonsburg, was charged this week by North Strabane police with theft after he allegedly stole a cellphone from a co-worker at The Meadows Casino July 19. The charge was sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Theft, mischief charges: Ashley Nicole Roy, 23, of 584 Joffre-Bulger Road, Joffre, was charged by McDonald police with theft and criminal mischief after she allegedly stole a pickup truck from 1002 Valley View Road, Robinson, Sunday while the owner was sleeping. She also allegedly did $5,000 in damage to the truck. The truck was recovered in Youngstown, Ohio. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Traci McDonald.

Truck, wallet stolen: Eric Cerezo of 515 Valley St., Robinson, told McDonald police early Friday his blue, 2002 Ford Ranger pickup truck and wallet were stolen from his home. He also discovered money was withdrawn from his bank account.

Bullet found: Michael Joyce Jr. of 826 King Road, Robinson, told McDonald police Sunday a bullet was found in the bottom of his swimming pool.

Trespass charge: Yolanda Sanders, 35, who Washington police said is homeless, will be charged with criminal trespass after she allegedly was found on the porch of a home at 473 E. Hallam Ave. Thursday. Police said she had been evicted from the residence.

Card used: Philip Conklin of Prosperity told Washington police Thursday a credit card owned by a woman whose finances he oversees was fraudulently used, with charges of more than $1,250.
