Several charged by S. Strabane police in various thefts

Two McKees Rocks sisters are among several people charged by South Strabane Township police in connection with thefts from businesses in the township.

Rachel Arlene Harden, 26, and Rochelle Victoria Harden, 28, are charged with felony retail theft and conspiracy for allegedly stealing items July 11 from H&M, Tanger Outlets. Rachel Harden was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Jay Weller and placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond. Her sister is currently in Allegheny County jail on other charges and will be arraigned later.

Cheyenne A. Allen, 18, of 702 Fayette St., Washington, Ashley Sadler, 25, of 507 Blaine Ave., Canonsburg, and Azarrah Ward, 18, of 45 Second St., Washington, were charged for the alleged theft of items valued at $368 from Kohl’s, Strabane Square, July 31. Allen and Sadler are charged with criminal conspiracy, while Ward is charged with retail theft and conspiracy.

Ashlie M. Mikush, 32, of 120 Billen Ave., Washington, is charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing items valued at $299.98 from Target, Strabane Square, Aug. 7.
