PennDOT to hold plans display
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will hold an open house and plans display Sept. 14 to inform the public of the proposed improvements to Barneys Run Road near the intersection with Route 88 in Centerville.
The display will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Centerville Borough Municipal Building, 100 East End Road, Brownsville.
Proposed plans for the project that involves replacement of the bridge that carries Barneys Run Road over Barneys Run will be displayed, along with information on the project’s status, schedule, design and right-of-way acquisition. PennDOT representatives, along with design consultants, will be available to answer questions.
