Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Crystal Marie Bruce, 35, 414 Oakland Ave., Charleroi; false identification to law enforcement officer; charged April 6; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Breanne N. Schaum, 32, 703 Henry St., Belle Vernon; theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and indecent exposure; charged Oct. 11, Nov. 9 and Nov. 10; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.
David A. Ashton Jr., 44, 731 ½ Lincoln Ave., Charleroi; criminal trespass and driving with a suspended license; charged June 24, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $200 fine and no contact with the victims.
Mark Allen Stevens Jr., 36, 327 Euclid Ave., Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance, recklessly endagering another person and reckless driving; charged Nov. 3; sentence – three years of probation and $200 fine.
Deion Thomas McCracken, 21, 125 Park Drive, Prosperity; possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 12; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Chacar Denyatto Berry, 19, 709 Heslep Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged June 6, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and 200 hours of community service.
Kenneth Lee Brooks Jr., 24, 675 Addison St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of children; charged Sept. 19; sentence – one to 12 months in jail, three years of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Donald Jackson, 25, of Charleroi; simple assault, intimidation of a witness, harassment, burglary and retaliation against witness or victim; charged May 3, May 25 and May 26, 2016; sentence – one year less one day to two years less two days in jail, five years of probation and no contact with the victims.
Brandon Lee Angelo, 24, 117 Hall Ave., Apt. 3, Washington; two counts of receiving stolen property; charged Feb. 1, 2016; sentence – 15 to 30 months in jail, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Breanne Lynn Hadrych, 34, 45 Mobile Road, Washington; providing a false statement; charged June 18, 2016; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, two months on electronic home monitoring and no possession of firearms.
Lindsay Althea Salamone, 32, 15 Maple St., Eighty Four; theft; charged Sept. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, $50-per-month fine and no contact with the victim.
Richard Scott Bowlen, 52, 1014 Georges Fairchance Road, Fairchance; failure to verify address; charged Jan. 7; sentence – five years of probation.
Joseph Terrell Crittendon, 35, 914 Island Ave., Apt. 1, McKees Rocks; firearms not to be carried without a license and receiving stolen property; charged March 15; sentence – five years of probation and forfeiture of firearms and other contraband seized.

Eric Daniel Bowman, 32, 135 Union St., Lot 46, New Eagle; driving under the influence and accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle; charged Feb. 7; five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device, $1,800 fine.
Justin Paul Platt, 29, 15 North Ave., Washington; two counts of theft, three counts of burglary, receiving stolen property and escape; charged July 17 and July 28, 2016; Feb. 11, Feb. 23, Feb. 24 and Feb. 25; sentence – seven years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service, restitution, banned from Motel 6 and Lowes and no contact with the victims.
Brittany Nicole Holtz, 25, 117 Cherry St., Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Jan. 22; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring and $300 fine.
Jacob Kronemer, 43, 175 Brookside Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged Sept. 8; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, $368 fine and 100 hours of community service.
William Berry Thomas, 61, 155 ½ W. Pike St., Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 24; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring and $300 fine.
Lori Kuhn, 53, of Washington; driving under the influence; charged Jan. 1; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days in jail, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

David Lee Carden, 30, 504 Manor Gate Lane, West Newton; firearms not to be carried without license, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of delivery of heroin; charged Feb. 17, May 11 and May 26, 2016; sentence – two to four years in jail, five years of probation and restitution.
John Thomas Cullen, 57, 8 Iron St., Canonsburg; fleeing or attempting to allude officer, driving with a suspended license and driving without required financial responsibility; charged Oct. 15; sentence – 90 days on electronic home monitoring, 18 months of probation and $800 fine.
Dominick Dex Delbello, 27, 607 Beech St., Washington; driving under the influence and careless driving; charged Sept. 9; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,025 fine and 50 hours of community service.
Kelly I. Erdely, 36, 261 School Road, Bentleyville; harrassement and disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 20; sentence – $600 fine.
Morgan Lojek, 23, 211 Lincoln Terrace, Washington; burglary and robbery; charged Dec. 20; sentence – nine to 18 months in jail, three years of probation and no contact with the victims.
Nathanyal Durell Patterson, 27, 634 Euclid Ave., Canonsburg; theft; charged Sept. 17; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Little Caesars.

Philip Hairston, 155 Lawrence Ave., Washington; delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy; charged June 2, 2016; sentence – one to two years in jail and five years of probation.
Amber Marie Simpkins, 29, 318 Front St., Houston; simple assault and harrassement; charged July 5, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine, 75 hours of community service, no contact with the victims and anger management classes.
Dawn Cher-ie Smith, 56, 16 Ronwyn Drive, Sumersworth, N.H.; simple possession; charged Feb. 8, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Dominique Curtis Kitchen, 25, 61 Pershing Court, Uniontown; possession with intent to deliver; charged Oct. 13; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:
