Teen injured: A 15-year-old Washington boy was slightly injured in a one-vehicle crash about 12:25 p.m. Sunday on Amity Ridge Road, Amwell. State police said he was a passenger in a pickup truck driven by Serenity Woodhouse, 18, of Prosperity, when it went off the road and hit a tree. The boy was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment. Woodhouse was slightly injured and was treated at the scene.

Teen driver charged: Jasmine Leigh Parson, 19, of 311 Greenside Ave., Canonsburg, was charged this week by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, minor driving under the influence of alcohol, underage drinking, driving with a learner’s permit and traffic violations stemming from an Aug. 1 traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Canonsburg. Police said her blood-alcohol content was 10 times the 0.02 percent limit at which intoxication is presumed for anyone under the age of 21. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Drug charges: Damen Ryan Gamble, 25, of 603 S. Central Ave., Canonsburg, was charged by Canonsburg police with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia after he allegedly was found with the suspected drugs went he was taken into custody on a warrant at his home July 26. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Trespass charge: Todd Dewitt, 62, of 585 W. Pike St., Meadow Lands, was charged this week by Canonsburg police with criminal trespass after he allegedly went to Shop ‘n Save, 617 W. Pike., on July 1. Police said he had been banned from the store after he was caught shoplifting earlier this year.

Two charged: Bradley Steven Marci, 42, of 427 W. McMurray Road, Canonsburg, and Daniel J. Eckert, 25, of Butler, were charged by state police this week in connection with an alleged June 16 road rage incident on Interstate 70 near the Jessop Place exit in Canton. Both are charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. Marci also is charged with simple assault for allegedly punching Eckert. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Warrant arrest: David Tilger, 55, of 616 W. Grant St., Houston, was taken into custody Wednesday on two warrants after he was found working on a roof in Canonsburg. Cecil police said he fled last month when they tried to take him into custody on a bench warrant. They charged him with flight to avoid apprehension and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned before District Judge Traci McDonald and placed in Washington County Jail on a $25,000 percentage bond. Canonsburg police assisted in taking him into custody.

Megan’s Law violation alleged: Chartiers police obtained a warrant this week from District Judge David Mark for Frank Jamar Green, 32, of 834 W. Grant St., Houston, after he allegedly failed to comply with registration requirements under Megan’s Law.

Forgery arrest: Leymon Feiarra Roseberry, 22, of Steubenville, Ohio, was arrested Wednesday by McDonald police on charges of forgery, bad checks, theft, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after she allegedly wrote four fraudulent checks earlier this month at Giant Eagle, 200 Station St. As police approached the store, they say she ran and refused to stop. She was taken into custody in a nearby parking lot. Roseberry was arraigned before District Judge Traci McDonald and placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.

Cellphone stolen: Shawn Zombeck of 336 E. Lincoln St. told McDonald police Monday that his cellphone was stolen from his porch.

Park damage: McDonald police said two girls reportedly damaged benches and tore off a shed door at East End Park on Tuesday.

DUI, failure to yield charges: Frank Eugene Salka Jr., 53, of 723 Salka Lane, Bunola, was charged this week by Monongahela police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to yield to emergency vehicles and several traffic violations after he allegedly failed to yield to a police car early Saturday on East Main Street. He was taken to Monongahela Valley Hospital, where blood was drawn. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge James Ellis.

Bad checks case: Kevin A. Roman of 618 Mingo Park Estates was charged in a private criminal complaint with writing bad checks after he allegedly gave Edward Walker III of New Eagle a bad check for repairs to a vehicle earlier this year. Roman had received a check from his insurance company for the repairs, according to court documents. The charge was sent by summons from the office of District Judge James Ellis.

Charged in crash, assault: Ashley L. Burnsworth, 34, of 242 Headley Road, Washington, was arrested Wednesday by state police on charges of simple assault, leaving the scene of a crash, harassment and careless driving after she allegedly sideswiped a pickup truck and nearly hit her ex-boyfriend with her vehicle as he stood near the truck on Crescent Road in North Bethlehem. She was arraigned before District Judge Traci McDonald and released on $25,000 unsecured bond.

One hurt: Margit McAnany, 69, of 324 Burton Ave., Washington, was injured in a three-vehicle crash Wednesday morning on Morganza Road at McClelland Road, North Strabane police said. The other drivers were identified as Jeffrey Sandusky, 37, of 325 Maple Ridge Drive, Canonsburg, and Christopher Carr, 30, of Indiana.

Assault, endangerment charges: Michael Elliot Fischel, 34, who South Strabane police said is homeless, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in a restroom at Walmart, Trinity Point. Police were called for a report of a man overdosing. When Sgt. Michael Manfredi searched Fischel, he was stuck in the finger with a needle. Fischel was arraigned before District Judge Traci McDonald on charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment, public drunkenness and possession of heroin and paraphernalia. He was placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.

Felony theft charge: Rachel A. Harden, 25, of Pittsburgh, was charged this week by South Strabane police with felony retail theft after she allegedly stole items valued at $15.98 from GAP, Tanger Outlets, on July 3. She is currently in Washington County Jail, awaiting a hearing on previous retail theft charges. She will be arraigned later before District Judge Jay Weller.

Two charged: Lindsay Pople, 22, of 570 Maple Terrace, Washington, and Justin Naper, 38, of Pittsburgh, were charged this week by South Strabane police with retail theft and conspiracy after they allegedly stole items valued at $269.97 from Target, Strabane Square, on Aug. 11. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.
