CANONSBURG
Paraphernalia charge: Devin E. Garber, 27, of Euclid Avenue was charged Wednesday by borough police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they found a syringe in a vehicle in which Garber was a passenger during a traffic stop near the intersection of Euclid Avenue and Peach Alley on June 18, according to court papers. Charges were sent by summons from District Judge David Mark’s office.
Drug charge: Paul M. Dessify, 36, of Cokeburg was charged with drug possession and use/possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday in connection with a Nov. 9 incident. Police said Dessify was in possession of a crack pipe and a small plastic bag containing crack on Franklin Avenue. Charges were sent by summons from District Judge David Mark’s office.

Burglary charge: Township police charged Johnna L. Longstreath, 44, of Moon Road on Wednesday with burglary and theft in connection with an incident about 8 p.m. Nov. 14 near her residence. Police said a neighbor of Longstreath’s told officers Longstreath pushed her way into his trailer, took his coat and ran out. Charges were sent by summons from District Judge David Mark’s office.
