Water shutoff planned in Franklin Township
Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority plans to shut off water on Elm Drive in Franklin Township Wednesday.
The shutoff is set for 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in order to upgrade the system between Route 21 and state Route 188.
Customers may experience low pressure or no water and are advised to save some containers of water.
