• At the request of Clerk of Courts Frank Scandale, the board entered into an agreement with debt collector Integral Recoveries Inc. of Englewood, Colo., which will add a 25 percent fee to collect money owed in criminal cases.

At the request of Children and Youth Services, the commissioners entered into an agreement with attorney Megan L. Patrick to represent the agency in juvenile court next year at a fee capped at $35,000.

At the request of Coroner Tim Warco, the board approved a deputy coroner’s $1,525 training course, certification fee and travel to Hershey, Dauphin County, this month.

The commissioners agreed to seek bids for the rehabilitation of the ABC hangar and apron at the Washington County Airport.
