Southwestern to shut off water in Morgan Township

Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will shut off water on Route 221, from Happy Valley Road to Woodies Road, in Morgan Township, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Thursday for system upgrades.

Customers may experience a drop in pressure or no water and are advised to keep containers of water on hand to minimize the impact of the outage.
