DUNKARD
One-car crash: Aaron D. Lynch, 22, of 246 Bank St., Brownsville, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia after state police said he crashed into a tree on Dilliner Hill Road in Dunkard Township Nov. 1.

Card skimmers found: State police are investigating after card skimmers were found recently on all of the gas station pump credit card readers at the Sunoco gas station at 270 E. Roy Furman Highway in Franklin Township. Police said they received multiple reports Tuesday of people’s debit card accounts being charged at various locations in Pittsburgh, and a local bank in Waynesburg also reported unusual activity. Police said they believe the skimmers were placed on the pumps between Nov. 18 and Monday. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-627-6151.
Disorderly conduct: Jacob N. Gilliam, 20, of Jay, Fla., was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, driving under the influence and careless driving after state police said he jumped over the counter at Bucktown Beer in Franklin Township, knocking down $58 worth of beer bottles to the floor Sept. 2. Police said he also had a blood- alcohol content of 0.161 percent, which is eight times what a person under the age of 21 is permitted to consume to drive a vehicle.
Drug paraphernalia charge: Tonya Michelle Lee Palmer, 29, of Clarksville, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia. State police said they found a hypodermic needle used to inject heroin near Palmer, who was the passenger in a vehicle pulled over on Route 188 near Strope Road in Franklin Township at 7 p.m. Tuesday. She is being held at the Greene County jail on $2,500 bond.
