PennDOT has announced a closure of the eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 for the removal of a tractor-trailer involved in an accident.

The lanes between the Kammerer and Ginger Hill exits will be closed for approximately one to two hours. Motorists will be directed to a detour using the Dunningsville exit to Route 136 to Route 917 to reenter I-70 east, according to PennDOT.

After the removal, crews will have a single-lane restriction to replace a guide rail.
