Court cases

Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Jeremy John Giovanardi, 38, 800 Park St., California; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 21, 2011; sentence – six months of probation

Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:

Tyler Dillon, 21, 300 Lackawanna Ave., Bentleyville; driving under the influence and two counts of possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 21, 2016; sentence – six to 12 months in jail, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 100 hours of community service.

Robert A. Salisbury, 60, 315 Summit Ave., Apt. B5, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged March 21, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Robert Bray Anderson, 26, 77 Aylesworth Ave., Washington; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license and operating a vehicle without valid inspection; charged April 5; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 11 months on electronic home monitoring, $2,550 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Carl Isaac Krauser, 36, 123 Burr St., Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged March 23; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

James William Griffin, 31, 107 Ketchum Drive, Canonsburg; driving under the influence and accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle; charged March 18; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Timothy James Roberts, 46, 1002 Furlong Ave., Roscoe; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 19; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Edward Newton Faulk III, 53, 2172 Rankintown Road, Finleyville; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged June 25; sentence – 30 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 120 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,300 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:

Eric W. Boyer, 29, 498 Regent St., Apt. 2, Houston; disorderly conduct; charged March 19; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Jessica Lynn Todd, 44, Route 2, Salem, W.Va.; retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license; charged Feb. 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and 100 hours of community service.
