Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Gerald Earl McCracken, 38, 100 Second St., Grindstone; disorderly conduct and duties at stop sign; charged April 8; sentence – $175 fine.
Kelly Lynn Sefchick, 31, 112 Fifth Ave., New Eagle; defiant trespass and simple assault; charged April 25 and Aug. 17; sentence – 24 months of probation, 25 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
Ryan Crawford, 22, 118 Altamont St., Washington; receiving stolen property; charged April 26; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Daniel Joseph Ammons, 30, 550 Bell Run Road, Spraggs; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and receiving stolen property; charged May 15; sentence – two years of probation and $500 fine.

Ralph William McLaughlin Jr., 45, 335 ½ Ewing St., Meadow Lands; retail theft and escape; charged April 7; sentence – one to two years in jail, two years of probation and restitution.
Andre Lature Summers, 49, 216 Rebecca St., Monessen; theft by unlawful taking; charged Feb. 25, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the ARD program.
