Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Tynan Andrew Noakes, 24, 329 Shelton Ave., Brownsville; theft by unlawful taking; charged Jan. 20; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
James Clifford Traylor, 26, 204 Evaline St., Pittsburgh; two counts of disorderly conduct; charged April 26, 2016; sentence – $600 fine.
Melissa Marie Frameli, 37, 127 School St., Clarksville; harassment; charged Nov. 13, 2016; sentence – $300 fine.
Brandon R. Sell, 19, 45 Allison Road, Bulger; disorderly conduct; charged May 13; sentence – $300 fine.
Joshua Alexander Pachis, 26, 302 Carriage Hill Drive, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged March 11; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Jaclyn Nicole Fuchick, 39, 616 River St., West Brownsville; retail theft; charged Feb. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Dollar General.
Tabitha Keyes, 21, 1201 McKean Ave., Charleroi; two counts of simple assault; charged May 13, 2015; sentence – two years of probation.
Patrick Dobscha, 46, 48 Cedar St., Ellsworth; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 13; sentence – six months of probation without verdict.
Cheri Lynn LaPorte, 42, 58 Wheatley Road, Charleroi; access device fraud; charged Dec. 9, 2016; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with Duckman’s Beer Distributor.
Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle were:
Brandy Leigh Bujanowski, 22, 1008 Upper Crest Ave., Apt. 2, Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 31; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Charles Talluto, 32, of Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged March 4, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Robert F. Bolander Jr., 51, 211 Old Oak Road, McMurray; driving under the influence; charged May 26; sentence – two days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine, restitution and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Richard Anthony Huffman, 37, 1488 Route 837, Elrama; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged May 6; sentence – 15 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 135 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,750 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
George Joseph Bisceglia, 35, 7151 East State St., Hermitage; driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance; charged May 21; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Adeline E. Steede, 36, 111 Ivy Court, Canonsburg; simple assault and terroristic threats; charged Jan. 5; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas were:
Richard Glenn Dunfee III, 33, 20 Circle St., Mather; retail theft, false identification to a law enforcement officer and driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 1; sentence – two years of probation, restitution, $1,000 fine and no contact with Walmart.
Wynter Lynn Glover, 31, 330 Naser St., Waynesburg; possession with intent to deliver; charged May 28, 2015; sentence – six to 23 months in jail and 150 hours of community service.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the ARD program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged: Robert Joseph Klinskly Jr., 25, 40 Profio Road, McDonald; Chad R. Zwibel, 41, 1330 Royal Drive, Apt. 300, South Park; Anthony Thomas Sutton, 58, 1016 Breezewood Drive, Canonsburg; Deborah Faye Mecca, 63, 820 E. Beau St., Apt. 4-M, Washington; Vanthanome Bounpheng, 38, 2206 Stone Creek Lane, Washington; Kurtis Dewain Douglas, 52, 166 Washington Ave., Clarksburg, W.Va.; and Willard R. Gigliotti, 46, 119 Fourth Ave., New Eagle. Also admitted were Heather Franell, 42, 2 Walnut St., Ellsworth – body piercing a minor; and Amanda Richardson, 38, 202 Russie Ave., Bentleyville – bad checks.
